I'm Dibya.
BA by profession. Builder by choice.
My background
I didn’t start as a BA. I started in DevOps and infrastructure — deployments, automation, production support. That’s where I learned how enterprise systems actually behave under pressure. Not in a textbook. In incidents, at hours no one wants to be awake for.
Then I moved into enterprise transformation. I spent years inside a global media and entertainment organization — integrations, business systems, global operations, and the cross-functional negotiation it takes to get a dozen teams to agree on one spec. After that, a leading technology distribution enterprise, where I worked on supply chain operations and business process optimization at real scale.
Today I’m on a large-scale UAE real estate transformation program. Oracle Fusion across procurement, finance and supplier management, plus the enterprise integrations that hold it all together. Along the way I’ve documented 600+ APIs, mapped multi-system integrations, run UAT and SIT, built Datadog dashboards, and shipped under deadlines that had already passed before I arrived.
Now I combine BA rigor with AI to work faster and sharper — and I share what actually works on LinkedIn, Instagram, and in a weekly newsletter. Not theory. Not productivity-influencer fluff. Tactics from the work itself.
I don’t just document. I build. On the side I’m building a booking platform — a different audience and a different product from my day job, but the same instinct: find the real problem, ship something people actually use, learn, repeat. That’s the part most BAs skip. I think it’s the part that makes a BA worth listening to. You understand a requirement differently once you’ve had to build against one.
The bet: a strong brand outlasts any single job title.
